It is completely fair to say that I love Pinterest as much as the next girl, and in all honesty, probably even more. I've written about how it helps me meal plan previously but it also helped me design my (future) engagement ring, and I'm sure my personal Style Board helps my Stitch Fix Stylist each month.
This post specifically though, is about some of my all time favorite recipes that I've found on Pinterest. There are both healthy and unhealthy recipes here and I don't take credit for any of them. But they are tried and true in my household :)
So let's get down to it!
These are ridiculously easy and I've made them on several occasions when we're having people over or going somewhere with friends. They're always a huge hit at football parties - just make sure you get some pizza sauce for dipping!
This is another game day / take to a party snack that has been a real people-pleaser time and again with my friends and family. Super easy, pretty inexpensive and so delicious!
This soup is so amazing. I've found that the worst part about stuffed peppers is that they're nearly impossible to reheat the next day unless you cut them up, the center just never gets warm! That's not the case with this soup because it's all ready all separated!
I've made this a handful of times and as I type this I'm also adding the ingredients to this weeks grocery list! This is lasagna but stuffed with three cheeses and zucchini rather than meat. It is a really fabulous vegetarian option!
I've made this one three times as well, including for a bridal party get together. I just have to say that I'm no cook, but the bride and one of her bridesmaids are quite literally, chefs and caterers and they LOVED this. The sweet potato crust gives it such a pop of flavor, plus, tons of cheese! Make sure you have a food processor on hand for this one :)
I made this one and brought it to BBQs several times over the summer and it was always a huge hit. It's refreshing and flavorful and extremely easy to make. Plus, pretty good for you! Every BBQ I brought it to I, unfortunately, didn't get to bring any home, it was all gone!
Welp, it appears I have a bit of an obsession with sweet potatoes... This seriously was delicious though. I made it for the first time recently and will definitely be making it again, even Justin loved it. And BONUS - it's vegan and gluten free!
That's all I've got for you today, folks. I could definitely add more here but then what would I write about next time I didn't have any good content swirling around in my head? ;)
